Return Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 7 days from the original invoice date for a refund less a 20% Restocking fee. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Notebookshop.com’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately Notebookshop cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer’s established processing time. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Customers must inform Notebookshop.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
Refund Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
- Labor and/or installation services
- Items that are abused
- Opened and or installed computer software
If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items.
Software Return Policy
Retail Software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and untampered with. Opened retail software cannot be returned for refund. If you have opened a retail software purchase to discover a damaged and/or defective disc, you may exchange the software for an identical replacement by contacting Notebookshop.com Customer Service at service@Notebookshop.com and acquiring an RMA number. All OEM software including the operating system is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. Notebookshop.com is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.
